Return Policy:

We will do the best to make every visitor to our site happy with their purchases. That being said, in the name of reality, we do realize that accidents happen and that sometimes returns are inevitable.

If you receive a product that is not what you ordered due to our mistake, please contact us at randiscgolf@gmail.com and we will absolutely take care of the issue. Because of the nature of small business, we will do our best to make sure that your experience is outstanding!

However within 14 days of receipt of item (confirmed by tracking,) if you need to return for any other reason (Mistake order, incorrect order, don't like item, etc...) the item must be in brand new condition. This means, NO THROWS on the item, no ink, no scuffs, no scratches, no signs of use, wear, or damage.

You must contact randiscgolf@gmail.com for a return authorization. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received by Ran Disc Golf a credit or refund will be issued depending on the situation.
